TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Cancellation Policy:
  1. Cancellation within 7 days of check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of ONE night stay.
  2. Cancellation received within 48 hours of check-in date or in the event of a 'No Show', will be charged the whole period of stay.
Child Policy:
  1. Infant (below 2 years) stay for free if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a crib there will be extra charges.
  2. Children between 2-6 years old may share the existing bed with their parents, without extra blanket & pillow.
  3. Guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
    • Check-in time: 2.00 pm.
    • Check-out time: 12.00 pm.
    • Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.
    • Extra Bed – RM77.00 per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
    • Baby Cot – RM33.00 per night inclusive of breakfast.
    • Long stay rates are available for stays above 14 nights.
Smoking Policy:

Nam Keng Hotel is a smoke-free hotel. Our non-smoking policy will apply to all areas of the hotel with the exception of designated outdoor areas. RM200 cleaning fee for smoking in guest room.
